Free STD Testing & Treatment in Mentor
We provide free testing for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea:
- 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
- By appointment, if another time is needed
If your test comes back positive, free treatment will be available by appointment.

- Females ages 15 and up
- Males ages 15-19
We see individuals from across Northeast Ohio and the Greater Cleveland area. Our licensed medical team will guide you through the process with care, privacy, and respect.

How much does STD testing cost at Ivy Women’s Center?
STD testing for chlamydia and gonorrhea is provided at no cost through our STD Clinic for eligible patients. If a test result is positive, treatment is also available by appointment at no charge.
Do I need symptoms to get tested?
No. Many sexually transmitted infections do not cause noticeable symptoms. You can still have an infection and pass it to a partner without realizing it. Testing is the only way to know for sure.
Who is eligible for testing at the STD Clinic?
We provide testing for females ages 15 and older and males ages 15–19. If you have questions about eligibility or services, our team can help clarify what options are available to you.
